Join gallery curator, Nina Shadforth, and feature guest artist, Raquel Ormella for an interview discussing her work and practice.

Ormella's practice encompasses material forms often associated with social and political activism, such as banners, flags, video, pamphlets and zines. She is interested in the collision of art and activism and the complex relationship between humans and the natural environment.

Ormella's Sunshine Coast Art Prize 2017 winner 'Worker's Blues #1' (2016) is featured in the 'Celebrating 20 Years of Caloundra Regional Gallery' exhibition.
