Made by hand workshop
Explore landscape art and surface design in an environmentally friendly art making workshop with watercolour or acrylics. Using recycled envelopes as her canvas, local artist, Libby Derham will share her techniques and guide you through several mixed media ideas. Inspiration will be taken from the natural flora from the Sunshine Coast, landscape images and Libby's envelope art.
Libby is a mixed media landscape Artist and Visual Art Specialist Teacher based in Peregian Springs. She studied Visual Art at Surrey Institute of Art and Design in the UK, before completing a teaching degree majoring is Visual Art at Monash University, Victoria. Libby currently teaches Visual Art to students in Prep to Year 7, alongside her Visual Art practice.

All skill levels welcome to attend. Complimentary tea/coffee. Registration essential.
- Watercolour and/or acrylic paints.
- Selection of brushes (including small sizes).
- Used white recycled envelopes.
- Photos of landscapes.
- At least one POSCA paint pen (white is a great colour to start with).
- Please bring an art shirt or apron or wear suitable art making clothes.
All other materials will be supplied.
