Delve into the creative world of wearable art. Be expertly guided through the creation of a wearable garment for catwalk display, from conception to completion. Learn what goes on behind the scenes.

Join Denise Lamby on a collaborative adventure and  turn jumbled tea bag tags into a wearable artwork worthy of catwalk display. Themes such as formulating a vision, planning, working with materials, overcoming doubt and just getting started will all be covered. This is not a lecture series; participants will be hands on creating components and discuss and collaborate towards the end goal of a finished garment. Along the way, learn and share new skills, discover methods to assist the generation of ideas, employ problem-solving strategies to overcome roadblocks and poach a few tricks of the trade. This workshop is about enjoying the process.
