This week’s bush fire in Beerwah is a timely reminder for Sunshine Coast residents and visitors to be prepared before the next severe weather event.

The Bureau of Meteorology is also forecasting that today (Thursday, 21 September 2023) will have temperatures in the 30s and a high fire danger rating, along with the prediction of warmer, drier conditions over spring and summer.
