Local Artists –Local Content Art Prize 2021 Exhibition
The Caloundra Friends of the Gallery showcasing local artists and the Sunshine Coast region 19 Mar to 2 May 2021
Local Artists – Local Content Art Prize celebrates the depth and breadth of visual arts practice from across the region. An initiative of the Friends, Regional Gallery, Caloundra Inc, and hosted by Caloundra Regional Gallery, the show is an annual highlight of the Gallery’s exhibition program.
The forty finalist artworks, representing a range of mediums and styles, come together in an exhibition which embodies the stunning Sunshine Coast.
Prizes will be awarded across six categories, including $5000 for Best of Show, and the popular People’s Choice award - as voted by visitors to the gallery!
The prize is generously supported by Mary Henzell Investments Pty Ltd, Mark and Judy McArdle, Geoff Lyons Solicitors Pty Ltd, Friends Regional Gallery Caloundra and Sunshine Coast Council.
