This group exhibition includes works by post-emerging Queensland artists whose practices are concerned with shared and personal histories, be they autobiographical, culturally specific (such as Indigenous) or informed by broader, socio-political factors. Through a variety of media including painting, drawing, sculpture and video, the artists in this exhibition explore a range of issues from the personal to the political, demonstrating the diverse ways in which artists make sense of the world and their place within it.

Close enough: Young Queensland artists will feature works by Sam Cranstoun, Dale Harding, Alice Lang and Tyza Stewart.
