When me and my family traveled to King Ludwugs dining restaurant in Maleny, I noticed the outstanding view of the mountains. The Jacaranda tree was in full blossom, all of its lovely flowers were in full bloom. This inspired this painting as I had wanted to do a tree with peculiar flowers and branches. The mountains in the distance show the stories and legends of many years ago and how it shaped the Glass House Mountains today.
