The Artroom: QAGOMA Express Yourself | Vipoo Srivilasa
Enjoy free summer art activities in the gallery | 5 December-1 February | Caloundra Regional Gallery
How do you feel on the first day of school? Or when you win a really hard game? What about when someone you love is upset?
This summer, children are invited to step into the Artroom and discover the many ways we experience emotions. Inspired by artist Vipoo Srivilasa and his upcoming Children’s Art Centre exhibition, this hands-on activity encourages kids to express feelings through creative artmaking. Presented by QAGOMA.
Explore the spectrum of human emotions with curiosity and imagination. In the Artroom, you can:
- Create a facial expression using collage
- Make a decorative paper flower for someone you love
- Draw a meal to share with someone special
Get creative, share your ideas, and celebrate what makes us feel connected.
