Now in it's twelfth year, Local Contemporary Art Prize 2026 celebrates the diversity of visual arts practice across the Sunshine Coast. Caloundra Regional Gallery, in partnership with the Friends of the Gallery, invite artists living within the region, working across all mediums, to submit 2D and 3D works for the prize. 

40 finalists were selected for the exhibition and winners shared in $17,000 prize money, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and supporters.
