Steve Irwin sculpture conservation

Conservator Melanie Fihelly has been working for several weeks on the marble piece using specialist conservation techniques. The conservation will ensure the artwork will live on for many years to come, enabling locals and visitors to Mooloolaba to appreciate his legacy and contribution to the protection and conservation of wildlife in our region and beyond.

Conservation work is expected to be completed by early June.
