Artist Statement

This is a self-portrait, which pays homage to Kabi Kabi sacred sites Mt Tibrogargan (the Father) and Mt Beerwah (the Mother) and shows the importance of their eternal connection. The image shows the the connection of Aboriginal people to their sacred sites.
