Paula is an Aboriginal woman from Tharawal Country of the Yuin Nation in NSW

Paula is an Aboriginal woman from Tharawal Country of the Yuin Nation in NSW. Her Country spans from La Perouse near Sydney, south to Shoalhaven Heads then inland including Campbelltown, Thirlmere and Buxton.

Paula moved to Imbil, Queensland in 1997. Inspired by natural and traditional country, broad indigenous cultural history and creativity, her experience of living in the Sunshine Coast hinterland over the last 22 years has seen her professional artistic practice thrive.

Paula recently began creating a unique range of hand-washable plates, platters, trays and bowls covered in variations of traditionally designed fabrics depicting the interconnectedness of Aboriginal heritage and community.
